I'm doing a crowdfunding campaign for my documentary about manual scavenging and Roman Magsaysay Award winner activist bezwada Wilson. I'm working on This documentary from last one and half year now the document tree is in final  stages and  heading towards the post production. We can talk about the difficulties I faced while shooting the film, we can talk about the crowd funding process of documentary, we can talk about firms in general.

Nov 10, 8:15AM EST0

Buying camera equipment is the easiest part of the filmmaking, and to find what you want to shoot and shoot it is the hardest part.  It's never been easier than right now in the history of cinema to make a movie , I would say to convince yourself that you still want to make movies is the hardest part

Nov 10, 10:14AM EST0

What was the best part about doing this movie?

Nov 10, 8:11AM EST0

When you start shooting at documentary film you start as a filmmaker.  after you are done shooting a documentary you become activist, you become a liar, you become a manipulator you become a smooth talker you become a politician you become a cameraman you become a sound guy you become your own assistant. To shoot a documentary film you have to be much more than just. Being a filmmaker.

Nov 10, 10:18AM EST0

What is the one mistake most filmmakers make regardless of experience?

Nov 10, 6:57AM EST0

They just do film making , you can't be a truly independent filmmaker unless you make your own money to make films which you want to make .figure out a way to make money than make films. Go the Francis Ford Coppola way.
